大学生社会支持与主观幸福感的关系:生命意义感的中介作用

The Relationship Between Social Support and Subjective Well-being of College Students: Mediation of Sense of the Meaning of Life

  • 摘要: 为了探讨大学生社会支持、生命意义感与主观幸福感的关系,采用社会支持量表、生命意义感量表、主观幸福感量表对550名大学生进行问卷调查。结果发现:(1)社会支持、生命意义感和主观幸福感之间均存在显著正相关;(2)社会支持、生命意义感对主观幸福感具有显著的正向预测作用;(3)生命意义感在社会支持和主观幸福感之间起到部分中介作用。研究认为社会支持与生命意义感可以正向预测主观幸福感;生命意义感在朋友支持、家庭支持和主观幸福感之间起到部分中介作用。

     

    Abstract: To explore the relationship between subjective well-being, social support and sense of the meaning of life for College Students, a total of 550 college students were investigated by using subjective well-being scale, perceived social support scale, and meaning life questionnaire. The results showed that:(1) social support and sense of the meaning of life were positively correlated with subjective well-being of college students; (2) social support and sense of the meaning of life had a positively predictive effect on subjective well-being of college students; (3) sense of meaning of life played a partial intermediary role between social support and subjective well-being of college students.
