Abstract:
Educational ecology provides a suitable perspective for the study of vocational education development in ethnic areas, and vocational education in ethnic areas is regarded as an organic ecosystem with unique ecological connotation and ecological succession mechanism. Based on the principles and ideas of ecology, it is necessary to reflect on the educational ecological imbalances, including the limit factor law of shortage of funds and unsuitable content, the fragile educational ecological chain caused by the lack of teachers, the "flower pot effect" caused by the single school mode, and the marginalization of the value of vocational education in cognition. By adjusting the ecological niche of the policy top design, following the tolerance law for education development and the principle of appropriate content for education, strengthening the construction of the "bilingual double-qualified" teacher team, building a "political-enterprise-school" joint leadership, and enhancing the value recognition of ecological individuals for vocational education, the vocational education ecosystem in ethnic areas will achieve a virtuous circle of development.
