Abstract: With the popularization and application of Internet technology and the intensification of international competition, more and more foreign trade enterprises have joined the flow of cross-border e-commerce. Cross border e-commerce affects the optimization of foreign trade transaction mode and market structure, as well as the technical level and product quality of enterprises. There are some problems in Henan foreign trade, such as the proportion of processing trade is too large and the foreign trade market is too centralized. Henan foreign trade enterprises should break through the bottleneck of development and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade by training cross-border e-commerce talents, selecting high-quality cross-border e-commerce platforms, and integrating cross-border e-commerce resources.
