  • 摘要: 视觉图像正重塑着城市管理的理念与认知城市的方式,视觉设计已经介入城市公共服务系统的管理实践活动,成为城市管理的有益补充。城市公共服务视觉管理的出现得益于视知觉认知意义的再发现以及视觉管理在企业管理中的成功实践,它将传统上以文本性语言的形式存在和传递的城市法律、法规、政策、指令等制度性约束,通过视觉设计转化成由图形、色彩、文字所组成的视觉符号,并以此来管理城市。城市公共服务视觉管理有着鲜明的特征,主要体现在强化服务过程的视觉化、注重服务方式的人性化、提升服务手段的智能化等方面,城市公共服务视觉管理为城市公共服务活动描绘了一个全新的图景。

     

    Abstract: Visual image is reshaping the concept of urban management and the way of city cognition. Visual design has been involved in the management practice of urban public service system and has become a beneficial supplement to urban management. The emergence of the urban public service visual management benefit from the visual perception of cognitive significance to found as well as the successful practice in visual management in enterprise management, it will be in the form of textual language traditionally there exists and city laws, regulations, policies, instructions and other institutional constraints, through the visual design into composed of graphics, color, text of visual symbol, and a way to manage city. The visual management of urban public service has distinct characteristics, which are mainly reflected in the aspects of strengthening the visualization of service process, paying attention to the humanization of service mode, and improving the intellectualization of service means, etc., depicting a new picture for urban public service activities.
