中国制造业创新效率与经济增长——基于M指数模型

China's Manufacturing Innovation Efficiency And Economic Growth——Based On The M-index Model

  • 摘要: 文章通过构建创新投入产出模型,发现中国制造业的创新效率呈现稳步提升、上下波动以及逐步下降三种趋势。在此基础上,进一步对创新效率进行M指数分解,发现除福建、海南以及青海以外,其他各省、市、自治区的全要素效率指数均稳步增长,且诱发因素呈现区域化特点。通过建立创新效率影响经济增长的回归模型,发现创新效率的提升对经济增长产生了挤出效应。结合M指数模型和回归模型的分析结果,各地应该从优化创新要素结构、构建创新协作平台以及完善创新价值链等三个方面提升创新效率。

     

    Abstract: By constructing an innovative input-output model, it is found that the innovation efficiency of China's manufacturing industry is steadily increasing, fluctuating up and down, and gradually decreasing. On this basis, the M-index decomposition of innovation efficiency was further found. Except for Fujian, Hainan and Qinghai, the total factor efficiency index of other provinces increased steadily, and the induced factors showed regional characteristics. Finally, establish a regression model of innovation efficiency affecting economic growth, and find that the improvement of innovation efficiency has a crowding out effect on economic growth. Combined with the analysis results of the M-index model and the regression model, it is proposed to improve the innovation efficiency from the aspects of optimizing the structure of innovation elements, constructing an innovative collaboration platform and improving the innovation value chain.
