Abstract: The traditional MHK test method has many limitations. It is imperative to promote and use the MHK computer network test as soon as possible. The MHK computer network test helps the teaching units to establish a large-scale test bank, improve the efficiency of the MHK oral test, and realize the online marking and scoring. It also integrates learning, coaching and testing into one system, and therefore provides the big data analysis function for the teaching units. Based on this, the education departments of ethnic minority areas should promote the MHK computer network test on a large scale, improve the teachers' theory level of educational measurement, do a good job in the training about the MHK computer network test, and establish a scientific evaluation system.
