Abstract: School bullying and violence has been highly emphasized by top decision makers in recent years. It is sure that the concept of school bullying and violence becomes clearer and all public reach a consensus to solve this, solved by socialized prevention system. Procuratorate plays a critical role as nation's legal supervision organ to deal this problem. In lawsuit segment, we should maintain "double-protecting" principle, increase the punishment properly, and build a special case-handling organization and model. Moreover, we should promote the revising of law concerning with anti-bullying (or violence), guide educational department and school to win the battle toward school bullying and violence by legal education and technology, ensure the function of work-study schools for juvenile delinquents, strengthen the liability of accountability to school, teachers and guardians, and increase the publicity of law popularization.
