Abstract:
The image of the national rule of law originates not only from the existence and objective state of the national rule of law, but also from the public's perceptions, judgments, and emotions regarding the state of operation of the country and the strategy of governing the country. The shaping and dissemination of the country image under the rule of law is a direct reflection of the country's strategy to govern the country in a comprehensive manner and it is an important part of the country's image strategy distribution. At present, the image of the country under the rule of law has been affected by the state's reality of the rule of law and the transformation of the communication environment. However, in the current visual communication environment, if the characteristics of visual narrative itself and the function in the spread of the rule of law are not coordinated and controlled in time, the image of the rule of law will encounter the difficult coordination of the political function and the social function in the dissemination, the "virtual" and "realistic"cognitive paradox image and the dilemma of misplaced information between image consensus and multiple interpretations. Therefore, the image of the rule of law needs to carry out the reform and breakthrough in the process of the visual narrative, which is based on the authority of the state, the combination of rigid and soft imagery, the unified narrative of the angle of the image, and the aesthetic and artistic harmony.
