高校行政管理人员绩效评价新机制探索——微信公众平台与关键绩效指标法的整合

Research on New Mechanism of Performance Appraisal for University Administrative Staff——A Combination of Micro Message Public Platform and KPI Method

  • 摘要: 高校行政管理人员绩效评价是高校人力资源管理的重要组成部分。客观公正的绩效评价体系不仅能够提高高校行政队伍工作的积极性,还能进一步提高高校人力资源管理的有效性。当前高校行政管理人员绩效评价存在评价指标不明确以及评价客观性不足等问题。微信公众平台与关键绩效指标法的有效融合能提高高校行政管理人员绩效评价水平。通过制定详细有效的关键指标体系,合理分配指标权重,构建基于微信公众平台模式下的绩效评价新系统,从而实现评价主体多元化和评价过程现代化,进而有效提升高校行政管理人员整体工作效能。

     

    Abstract: The performance evaluation of university administrators is an important part of human resources management in Colleges and universities. Objective and impartial performance evaluation system can not only improve the enthusiasm of university administrative team work, but also further achieve the effectiveness of human resources management in Colleges and universities. At present, there are some problems in the performance evaluation of university administrators, such as the unclear evaluation index and the objectivity of evaluation. The integration of WeChat public platform technology and key performance indicators can effectively improve the performance evaluation of university administrators. Through the formulation of the detailed and effective key index system, rational distribution of index weight, the construction of a new performance evaluation system based on the WeChat public platform model, so as to realize the diversification of the evaluation subject and the modernization of the evaluation process, and effectively improve the overall work efficiency of the university administrators.
