Safety Food Safety Management: An Interpretation of the Empirical Approach

  • 摘要: 如何有效遏制食品安全领域的频发问题,成为理论界和实务界研究食品安全问题的紧迫话题。在对近十年中国期刊资源数据库已有相关食品安全的文献进行梳理的基础上,进行实证统计分析研究,结果显示:食品安全领域存在生产经营主体技术落后、管理过程把关不严,消费者安全意识匮乏、法制观念薄弱,食品安全的法律体系不健全、缺乏具有制约力和威慑力的惩罚机制。因此需要进一步理顺食品安全监管组织体系,制定和完善国家食品安全标准,加强监管执法、落实问责制度,充分发挥社会监督力量的作用。

     

    Abstract: How to effectively curb the frequent occurrence of food safety issues has become a lingering topic in the theoretical and practical areas of food safety issues. From the crux of food safety problems, it is the key to crack the food safety supervision. Through the research of nearly ten years of relevant food safety document in China journal resources general database, it is to grasp the theoretical research status and practical development trend in food safety, according to the atlas results of document in statistical analysis. By revealing relevant factors, it is to construct an effective control system of food safety management.
