Abstract: On the basis of questionnaire and the actual investigation, the characteristics of farmers' interest expression ability are analyzed by descriptive analysis, using the main factors and multiple regression model to analyze the effect of farmers' interest expressive ability, and finally the cultivation of farmers' interest expressive ability is put forward. The result of this study shows that farmers' overall interest expressive ability is weak; farmers' gender, political affiliation, economic level, value concept, political efficacy, participation frequency, enthusiasm of participation and interest recognition ability, the ability to safeguard farmers' interests are important factors to influence their interest expressive ability. In the future, we should take the following measures to improve their abilities:to cultivate democratic culture, to enhance the quality of expression subjects, and to make smooth the interest expression channels.
