Research on the Process and Influence Factors of Teachers

  • Knowledge conversion is the change of knowledge form and the renewal of knowledge itself, which is the important factor to facilitate the sharing, creation and evaluation of knowledge. Teachers are the main imparter of knowledge. However, as a non-structural knowledge, teachers' tacit knowledge is affected by many factors in the Internet environment. We used the ISM to research the influence factors. Depending on the ISM, we identified the relationship between the various factors and hope to provide theoretical guidance for the subsequent research.
