On the Development Planning of Foreign Language Education in Henan Province

Under the new situation, both "the Belt and Road" initiative and the development planning of Central Plains Economic Zone provide precious opportunities for the development of foreign language education in Henan province. Therefore, we should do a good job in the development planning of foreign language education. In order to better adapt to the demand of national strategic development for high-level talents in foreign languages, we should mainly strengthen such aspects as increasing minor languages, implementing the training mode of "foreign languages +", and starting regional and national research, etc.
