  • It is contrary to the philosophy of the rule of the law that the arrested suspect has no normal legal relief channel,and it also is the cause of custody arbitrary and high custody rate.Giving the right to judicial review to arrested suspect is the need of judicial practice,and there are legal basis and legislative basis for it,so it ought to be established and perfected in the Criminal Procedure.
