Study on the Issues of Social Harmony and Steadiness in the Rural Area of Henan Province

The adjustment of economy and society in Henan Province has brought about more and more social conflicts in rural areas.The process of adjusting the social steadiness during the transforming period is in fact the process of continuously optimizing rural social structure.This article puts forward maintaining harmonious and steady countermeasures in a new period in the base of analyzing issues and causations.
