Wang Shenzhi’s Governance of Fujian from the Perspective of the Chinese National Community

The Chinese national community is the result of China’s historical development. During the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms periods， Wang Shenzhi’s governance of Fujian was an important stage of social development in Fujian. Politically， Wang Shenzhi respected the Central Plains regime； economically， he minted currency and built ports； culturally， he respected scholars， developed education， and promoted the dissemination of Confucian culture. Under Wang Shenzhi’s governance， the social development of Fujian has made remarkable progress， and the connections among all ethnic groups have become closer， which is of positive significance to the development of the Chinese national community.
