Where is the new quality productivity ‘new'?——A Three Dimensional Analysis Based on Innovatinon Humanity and Greenness

New quality productivity is the core engine driving the high-quality development of China’s economy. Its “new quality” feature not only stems from the revolutionary breakthrough of technological paradigm， but also is reflected in the systematic reconstruction of its internal structure and the profound change of value logic. Based on the multi-dimensional connotation of new quality productivity， this paper analyzes what makes the new quality productivity “new” from the three dialectical and unified dimensions of “innovative productivity”， “humanistic productivity” and “green productivity”. Among them， innovative productivity reflects its fundamental driving force， and promotes productivity to achieve a leap from quantitative change to qualitative change through disruptive technological breakthroughs and digital reconstruction of total factors； humanistic productivity highlights its value end-result， transcends material logic with humanistic logic， and makes technological progress serve people’s all-round development and livelihood well-being； and green productivity shows its civilized form， and forms a sustainable development path of low carbon cycle by building a community of human and natural life. The three together build a systematic framework of new quality productivity， with scientific and technological innovation as the core engine， human modernization as the fundamental orientation， and ecological harmony as the inherent requirement， marking the profound transformation of China’s economic development paradigm from scale and speed to quality and efficiency， and injecting a steady stream of development momentum into the realization of Chinese modernization.
