Optimization of Graded Intervention Standards for Juvenile Delinquents under the Objective of Personality Rehabilitation

  • Personality rehabilitation emphasizes repairing intrinsic personality deviations in minors through psychological interventions and cognitive restructuring. The graded intervention system for juvenile delinquents should fundamentally aim at personality rehabilitation, yet current behavior-based frameworks exhibit structural deficiencies: overreliance on behavioral consequences while neglecting personality trait variations, and failure to develop personalized intervention protocols incorporating individual factors. To address these issues, this study proposes a dual-criterion framework integrating “behavioral harmfulness + personality traits”. Following preliminary categorization by behavioral severity, psychological assessment tools should evaluate personality characteristics, accompanied by establishing a scientific risk assessment framework for minors. This approach ultimately facilitates differentiated rehabilitation plans tailored to individual needs.
