Research on the Impact of Online Course Quality Perception on College Students' Online Learning Satisfaction

  • Online courses have developed rapidly, but the satisfaction of college students' online learning is not high. How to improve satisfaction of online learning has become a key issue. This paper constructs a satisfaction research model of online course learning from the perspective of perceived quality based on the expectation confirmation theory. The data were collected through online questionnaire, analyzed and tested by the SPSS and Smart PLS. Research results show that expectation confirmation of online course learning has a significant influence on perceived quality, perceived value and students' satisfaction. Perceived course quality and perceived learning quality which belong to perceived quality have a significant influence on perceived value and online learning satisfaction. Perceived value has a significant impact on online learning satisfaction. The research results have important roles in improving the quality of online courses, college students' perceived value and online learning satisfaction.
