The Internal Logic of the Formation and Development of the Whole Process People's Democracy

The premise and foundation of people's democracy in the whole process is the establishment of the people's dominant position. Theoretically, Marxist historical materialism and the "people-oriented" thought of Chinese excellent traditional culture have laid a philosophical foundation and profound cultural heritage for the people's democracy and its realization in the whole process. From a practical point of view, people's democracy in the whole process is a necessity to transcend capitalist democracy fundamentally and show the discourse expression of the new form of human political civilization. Historically, the whole process of people's democracy is an inevitable requirement for the CPC to pursue people's ownership for a hundred years. In reality, the new journey of building a modern socialist country with Chinese characteristics requires the further development of people's democracy throughout the process.
