Anxiety and Order Reconstruction of “Stranger Society” under Major Epidemic Situation——a Case Study of Fighting COVID-19 in China

With the advancement of industrialization, urbanization, informatization and marketization, China has entered the "stranger society" from the acquaintance society. The occurrence of major epidemic situation. and uncontrollable factors such as the infectivity and death of the disease, panic and anxiety in the "stranger society" has been intensified. The rationality of the "stranger society" has gradually returned under the major epidemic situation, from ignorance and neglect to treating it seriously; from fear and insecurity to security and equanimity, the sense of security has been enhanced; from being suspicious and negative to positive and optimistic, the emotional state can be improved; from believing and spreading rumors to respecting facts and spreading official information, the two wings of law and morality have been launched. We need to rebuild the social order through institutionalized norms: the cornerstone of overcoming the epidemic, moral constraints, the basis point of overcoming the epidemic, scientific prevention, the key point of overcoming the epidemic, civilized promotion, and the starting point of overcoming the epidemic.
