It is suggested to establish the work system of guided innovative development and the evaluation mechanism of innovative development as its important content by intellectual property rights of Characteristic Towns, make Characteristic Towns as the highland of regional intellectual property, and support the characteristic and wisdom development of Characteristic Towns with intellectual property.
