Research on Poverty Feature Recognition and Targeted Poverty Alleviation Path based on Big Data Analysis——Taking Xinyang City as an Example

Poverty, a worldwide problem, has become one of the world's most acute social problems.The Communist Party of China and the Chinese government are working to win the battle against poverty by 2020. By big data analysis, this paper analyzes the method of multidimensional characteristics about the type of poverty and poor formation mechanism, generalizes the process of China's poverty alleviation and development experience, and sums up the main methods of the Xinyang implement precise poverty alleviation, hence the development path is proposed:to cultivate the market main body and activate the internal force out of poverty, carry out welfare policy, aggregate outside force to throw off poverty, improve infrastructure and speed up regional poverty alleviation, and establish a long-term mechanism to ensure continued poverty alleviation. It is of practical significance on How to consolidate the effect of poverty alleviation.
