The Rule of Law for the Protection of Labor Rights and Interests of New Generation Migrant Workers from the Perspective of Decent Work

The new generation of migrant workers parasitizes the city, looking forward to living and working in the city; meanwhile they are the city builders, they yearn for decent work as city workers. However, the current situation of the protection of labor rights and interests of the new generation of migrant workers is not optimistic. From the four dimensions of decent work, that are, the basic principles of work and the rights, employment equality, social protection and social dialogue, the new generation of migrant workers is not decent, and even less decent. From the strategy of governing the country according to law, we need to work together from the constitution, the labor legislation and other legal systems to realize the decent work of the new generation of migrant workers.
