Reading Promotion: Dialectics of Addition and Subtraction

  • Reading promotion is accompanied by reading, and further support and optimize reading in the meantime. The improvement of social reading proficiency and the upgrading of reading cultural atmosphere depend on the deepening of theory as well as the development of practice in terms of reading promotion. High-level reading promotion is to rise abruptly based on accumulated strength:in the preparation phase, it follows the principle of Addition with an eye to the details, anticipates various possibilities, and makes full preparation; in the implementation phase, it follows the principle of Subtraction with an eye to easiness and reality, reduces difficulty coefficient as much as possible, and strives to maximize the effect.
