Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of School Choice In Compulsory Education——An Analysis Framework Based on Stakeholder Theory

  • choosing school at the stage of compulsory education refers to the free policy that parents and students give up in pursuit of high quality education resources, and choose to pay a certain fee to other schools. The content of school choice is to construct a new pattern of interests based on the freedom of choice and the resulting self responsibility. The pursuit of the satisfaction of the interests is the basic attribute of a man. In the course of school selection, the stakeholders, such as the government, the school and the parents, have different effects on the formation of school selection in the compulsory education stage. This paper uses stakeholder theory to study the problem of school selection in the compulsory education stage, analyzes the interest demands and interaction relationship among the stakeholders, and explores the choice of the Countermeasures for the compulsory education to choose the school to get out of the dilemma.
