Research on New Mechanism of Performance Appraisal for University Administrative Staff——A Combination of Micro Message Public Platform and KPI Method

  • The performance evaluation of university administrators is an important part of human resources management in Colleges and universities. Objective and impartial performance evaluation system can not only improve the enthusiasm of university administrative team work, but also further achieve the effectiveness of human resources management in Colleges and universities. At present, there are some problems in the performance evaluation of university administrators, such as the unclear evaluation index and the objectivity of evaluation. The integration of WeChat public platform technology and key performance indicators can effectively improve the performance evaluation of university administrators. Through the formulation of the detailed and effective key index system, rational distribution of index weight, the construction of a new performance evaluation system based on the WeChat public platform model, so as to realize the diversification of the evaluation subject and the modernization of the evaluation process, and effectively improve the overall work efficiency of the university administrators.
