Modernization of Pre-post Training Courses for College Teachers: Motivation and Path

  • The modernization of pre-post training courses for college teachers is essentially a modernization of the courses under the concept of wisdom. The professionalization of course directions, the wisdom of course paths, the humanization of course systems and the autonomy of course dynamics are its main features, and the professional development of university teachers, the high quality of higher education and the accelerated development of high technology are its core drivers. The realization of modernization of pre-post training course for college teachers needs to start from building modernized pre-service training course for college teachers, through establishing wisdom course concept, improving wisdom course system, optimizing wisdom course environment, implementing wisdom course evaluation, and finally forming a spiraling modernized course promotion path.
