The Influence Mechanism of Servant Leadership on the Turnover Intention of Knowledge Workers:Mediating Effect of Psychological Security

  • To explore the influence of servant leadership on the turnover intention of knowledge workers, servant leadership scale, psychological security scale and turnover intention scale were used in this research among 320 knowledge workers, and 283 effective scales were collected. The results show that servant leadership has a significant negative influence on the turnover intention of knowledge workers, and psychological security plays a meditation role in the relationship between servant leadership and turnover intention. This conclusion has some revelation about management of knowledge workers; we can cultivate the service consciousness of leaders or improve the psychological security of knowledge workers to reduce the turnover intention.
