Value Orientation and Promotion Path of Cultural Construction in Rural Primary and Secondary Schools

  • School culture in rural primary and secondary schools influences the development direction of rural school education. The cultural construction of rural primary and secondary schools is of great value to the cultivation and practice of socialist core values in rural schools, to the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people, and to the inheritance and development of excellent traditional local culture. In order to strengthen the cultural construction of rural primary and secondary schools:first, we should establish a common vision and cultivate common values; second, we should construct teacher culture and generate local feelings; third, we should strengthen institutional constraints and foster cultural consciousness; fourth, we should root local culture and form school personality.
