  • The revitalization and development of rural education should be based on the construction of teaching staff. Training excellent rural middle school teachers is of great significance for improving the quality of rural education and promoting the balanced development of urban and rural education. The cultivation of excellent rural middle school teachers should take their core qualities as the starting point and reflect the special needs of rural middle school education. The curriculum system should follow the idea of people oriented, practice orientation and cultural integration, and based on the integrated training mode which reflects the characteristics of excellent rural middle school teacher training.
