Analysis on the Subject Selection of the Moderate Scale Management under the Background of Agricultural Land Circulation Retreat——Based on the Census Data in Henan Province

Using the data analysis of cities and provincial direct management counties in Henan province, it shows that the rural labor force has been transferred to non-farm employment with lagging agricultural land transfer and regional differences. By normative analysis, the reasons for the lag in the transfer of agricultural land are summarized as insufficient supply or insufficient demand, which will be analyzed by using Henan data. Then, according to the supply and demand situation of agricultural land circulation lag, the author designs the choice scheme of agricultural land management subject based on its influencing factors. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions to solve the shortage of circulation supply and demand of agricultural land.
