Abstract:
The study aims to explore the relationship among career adaptability, affective commitment and work engagement of kindergarten teachers. A total of 1291 kindergarten teachers were investigated by career adaptability scale, affective commitment scale and kindergarten teachers' work engagement questionnaire. The survey finds out that kindergarten teachers' work involvement (3.74±0.79) and career adaptability (3.75±0.77) are both higher than the theoretical average of 3, and their affective commitment (5.20±1.17) is higher than the theoretical average of 4. What's more, kindergarten teachers' career adaptability has a significant positive predictive effect on affective commitment and work engagement; kindergarten teachers' affective commitment has a significant positive predictive effect on work engagement, and affective commitment has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between career adaptability and work engagement.
