Abstract: Returning migrant workers have gradually become an important part of modern economic development in rural areas. Returning to their hometown for secondary entrepreneurship can essentially reverse the unbalanced situation of urban and rural development. With the increasing coverage of rural mobile communication network, mobile reading is favored by migrant workers returning home to start businesses. Mobile library is an organic combination of Library and advanced mobile communication technology. It is an important direction of future library development and plays an important role in migrant workers' returning home and entrepreneurship. This paper analyzes the characteristics and service mode of mobile library, probes into the difficulties faced by migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses, explores the role of mobile library in migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses, and on this basis, explores how mobile library can support the entrepreneurial needs of migrant workers returning home with rich knowledge and information reserves and services, so as to improve the quality and level of entrepreneurship of migrant workers returning home.
