印度人工智能教育战略及启示

Strategies and Enlightenments of Indian Artificial Intelligence Education

  • 摘要: 2018年6月,印度国家转型研究院发布了《人工智能国家战略:全民人工智能》报告。该报告主要包括人工智能在印度的应用领域、印度推进人工智能的发展路径、人工智能发展中政府的作用等几部分,成为印度政府人工智能发展的参考。通过对该报告的分析和解读,发现该报告具有以下特点:针对印度教育发展需要,制定具体的人工智能应用对策;有针对性地制定多种措施协同促进人工智能发展;强调构建人工智能发展产业链和国家发展平台,明确各利益相关者的角色定位;注重政府在人工智能推进中的核心作用;注重人工智能伦理、隐私和安全建设。该报告给我国的人工智能教育的发展提供了一定的参考:针对需求,应大力发展人工智能教育,制定人工智能教育应用的具体措施;构建人工智能教育产业链;教育领域应加速对人工智能应用的采纳;对教育领域管理人员、教师以及学生等展开提升人工智能技能的培训;应制定人工智能伦理方面的规范,消除人们对人工智能发展的顾虑;进一步增强政府在人工智能推进中的作用。

     

    Abstract: In June, 2018, NITI Aayog issued a report named National Strategy for All Artificial Intelligence. The report includes three main contents: application areas of artificial intelligence (AI) in India, the path of AI development in India, and government effect in AI development. The report has the following characteristics: In view of the needs of the development of education in India, formulating the corresponding specific AI application countermeasures; emphasizing the construction of AI development industry chain and national development platform, and clarifying the role positioning of various stakeholders; focusing on the central role of the government in promoting AI; paying attention to the construction of AI ethics, privacy and security. The report provides some references for the development of AI education in China, including: In response to the demand, we should vigorously develop AI education and formulate specific measures for its application; building an AI education industry chain; accelerating the adoption of AI applications in education area; carrying out relevant personnel training; accelerating the development of AI ethical norms; and strengthening the important role of the government in advancing AI.
