  • 摘要: 乡村振兴战略实施为特色小镇建设提供了重要战略机遇。当前河南省特色小镇建设存在政策体系亟待完善，产业特色不突出与开发层次低，投融资渠道单一等问题，为此，应在借鉴国内外特色小镇建设成熟模式的基础上，采取规划引领、形成政策合力，精准产业定位、打造特色优势产业，围绕产业振兴、推进金融创新等措施，促进河南省特色小镇建设的健康发展。
