“卓越农村中学教师”内涵及培养课程设置研究

Research on The Connotation and Training Curriculum of “Excellent Rural Middle School Teachers”

  • 摘要: 卓越农村中学教师培养对于提升农村中学教师教育质量,推动城乡教育均衡发展意义重大。卓越农村中学教师培养课程体系建构有其内在逻辑,要以核心素养为出发点,秉承以人为本、实践取向、文化融合的理念,突出反映农村中学教育的特殊需求;在培养课程设置上,要以卓越农村中学教师一体化培养模式为依托,合理建构其课程体系。

     

    Abstract: The revitalization and development of rural education should be based on the construction of teaching staff. Training excellent rural middle school teachers is of great significance for improving the quality of rural education and promoting the balanced development of urban and rural education. The cultivation of excellent rural middle school teachers should take their core qualities as the starting point and reflect the special needs of rural middle school education. The curriculum system should follow the idea of people oriented, practice orientation and cultural integration, and based on the integrated training mode which reflects the characteristics of excellent rural middle school teacher training.
