Abstract: Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core, has attached great importance to the development and governance of the Internet, put forward a series of new viewpoints and new judgments, and formed the strategic thought of strengthening the country through network in the new era. The thought is profound and rich in content,including four connotations, namely, the fundamental position of "people-centered", the guidance of technological innovation, the guarantee of network security and the vision of the fate community of cyberspace.
