Abstract:
The effective use of English teaching discourse in class is one primary approach to improving effectiveness of English teaching. The research on English teaching discourse from the pragmatic perspective on one hand makes the exploration of the construction path of effectiveness thorough; on the other hand enhances the theoretical level of the exploration. The paper taking effectiveness theory and theory of availability extraction in pragmatic theories as theoretical guidance, probes construction path of effectiveness of English teaching discourse:improving the veracity of teachers' cognitive language, the appropriateness of teachers' interactive language and the truthfulness of teachers' expressive language; attaching importance to the inter-subjectivity of English teaching discourse; and accomplishing the extraction of availability of English teaching discourse.
