中小学教师创客教育能力培养:问题与出路

Maker Education Ability Training for Primary and Secondary School Teachers: Problems and Solutions

  • 摘要: 中小学教师创客教育能力培养是一项复杂而艰巨的系统工程,当前影响中小学教师创客教育能力提升的因素主要是中小学创客教育理念发展不成熟,创客教育文化氛围营造与制度建设没有跟进,创客教育内容、方式、考评机制还不明确,教师自身创客教育能力有待提高等。存在这些问题的原因,一方面与全社会的学习观、教育观相关,另一方面也与管理者及中小学教师的学习观、教学观相关。因此中小教师创客教育能力的培养不仅要提高管理者及中小学教师素养与能力,还要在形成科学的学习观、教育观、学生观、教师观的前提下,树立科学的创客教育理念、加强文化建设、加强制度建设等。

     

    Abstract: The maker education ability training of primary and secondary school teachers is a complicated and arduous system engineering. the influence factors to the development are mainly as follows:the development of the maker educational concept is not mature, a cultural atmosphere and system construction of maker education is not perfect, the contents, methods and evaluation mechanism of maker education are undefined, and teachers' maker education ability needs to improve, etc. On one hand, the problems are closely related to the learning view and educational view of the whole society; on the other hand, they are also inseparable from the view of students and teachers of managers and primary and secondary school teachers. Therefore the maker education training for teachers in primary and middle school is not only the ability of creating and improving the management of primary and secondary school teachers. Meanwhile, in the premise of the formation of scientific learning concept, the concept of education, students and teachers, it is necessary to establish a scientific maker education concept, and strengthen cultural and system construction.
