Abstract: Land is an important factor in agricultural production. It is a trend to optimize land allocation according to market mechanism in the new period. At present, research on land leasing includes four aspects: forms, characters and effect of land leasing; mechanism of land leasing; problems in practice; principles, and specific solutions to improve land leasing based on the analysis on constraint factors.
