Abstract: Joint dangerous activity is an important type characterized by a tort committed by several infringers. Subjectively the infringers have no conscious interconnection or joint mistake. Objectively, the joint dangerous activity does not emphasize integrativity of the act but lay stress on the indeterminacy of the infringers.
