Abstract: Metaemotional theory is the deepening and development of emotional intelligence(EI) theory. The EI theory is built mainly on the basis of the achievements of contemporary EI researching and the theory of metaconsciousness and metacognition.It is the content and object of EI are researched, namely, the ability of feeling and experience, the ability of describing and expressing,the ability of justing and controlling, and further to discuss the function of metaemotion.
