中央苏区时期汀州苏维埃政府与私营商业关系研究——基于领导者与追随者角度

The Relationship between Soviet Government and Private Business in Tingzhou during the Central Soviet Area Period——Based on leader-follower structure

摘要: 在战时环境下，出于服务战时需要、打破国民党经济封锁、发展苏区经济、为人民谋福利的目的，作为领导者的苏维埃政府对私营商业采取“鼓励—限制”并用的政策，作为追随者的私营商业者做出了“服从—抗拒”的应对方式。双方通过博弈各自实现了利益最大化目标：苏维埃政府为战争准备了充足资金，促进了中央苏区生产力的发展；私营商业者在既有约束条件下，获得一些经济利益。

Abstract: In wartime, for the purpose of serving the war and developing the economy of the Soviet area, the Soviet government, as the leader, adopted a policy of "encouraging-restricting" to private commerce. As the followers, the private business adopted a policy of "obedience-resistance". Through these policies, both of them achieved their purposes:the Soviet government prepared sufficient funds for the war, and promoted the productivity in the Central Soviet area. Meanwhile the private businessmen got some economic benefits.
